Frequently asked questions

Which airport should I fly into?

Our trip begins in Osaka, with the nearest airport being Kansai International Airport (KIX). We would highly recommend flying in the day before your week is due to start and booking transitionary (e.g. hotel or AirBnb) accommodation for the night so that you do not miss any of the activities on the first day and are on time for check-in.

Which airport should I fly out of?

The trip will end in Tokyo so you could either fly out from there, or head back to Osaka which is a 2.5 hour train ride from Tokyo.

Which currency do they use in Japan?

In Japan they use the Japanese Yen (JPY). The current conversion is $1USD = 145JPY.
